First in the World, the San Francisco Airport Having Yoga's Room

Who said yoga can only be carried out in the fitness center and sports venues? In crowded places such as airports no matter you can still do yoga. San Francisco Airport is the first airport in the world that has a yoga room facilities for tourists.

San Francisco Airport has introduced a yoga room for the tourists who stop by. Although not as quiet as a mountain peak in Tibet, but the room using a dim light with soothing blue walls.

This room is for travelers to relieve stress, fatigue, making sense of optimism and restore a feeling relaxed after a long air journey.

As far as we know, this is the first (yoga room) at an airport anywhere in the world.

The idea for this room comes from the passengers. This room is incorporated with Berman space, namely the space of reflection that is intended to silence and meditation, which is located before heading keamaan San Francisco Airport Terminal 2.

I believes that yoga space at the airport in San Francisco this will be the first of many yoga space that will be installed at airports and places where other public transport.

How wonderful, you can stretch out and meditate before you board the plane for a flight 12 hours. You are now given the opportunity to really relax and prepare your body for something heavy like sitting in an airplane seat for hours

There are at least eight of the most widely felt the benefits of yoga :
  1. Flexibility
  2. Strength
  3. Better posture
  4. Breathing
  5. Reduce stress and more calm
  6. Concentration and a better mood
  7. Healthier heart
  8. Effect on the medical condition
