Avoid Excessive exercise time Weekends


Doing regular exercise can be beneficial to the body, but sometimes time owned only on weekends only. Even so avoid excessive exercise on weekends.

Exercise is important for maintaining a healthy body both physically and mentally. But many people who hurt himself by exercising excessively to cross the line.

Most people are not getting enough exercise time on weekdays, so that he will exercise as much as possible on weekends. Though this condition can be dangerous and hurt himself. This condition is often called the weekend warrior syndrome, as quoted from Lifemojo, Saturday (19/11/2011).

People who impose themselves excessive exercise can lead to injuries such as shin splints or stress causes the muscles. This condition is clearly not the right way to exercise.

While the sport little is done every day could be more healthy and less likely to cause injury than excessive exercise on the weekends.

Should recognize the ability of the body, especially if you experience severe fatigue accompanied by dizziness, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, and joint pain, you should immediately stop exercising and rest.

Even so there are some things you can do to avoid injury and can exercise safely are:

1. Always warm up with some exercises to help the body adjust to the next exercise intensity increased.

2. Creating a progressive exercise program such as knowing the condition and fitness level. Gradually increase the intensity and duration of about 10-15 percent per week of training programs that exist.

3. Avoid exercise if your body is sick or feel unwell. If it has healed then start slowly and gradually.

4. Keeping your body well hydrated condition to prevent fatigue, try to drink before during and after exercise.

5. Wear comfortable clothes and fabrics that absorb sweat and loose, while for women choose a bra that can support the breast well.

6. Doing cooling after exercise to help the body return to normal conditions as well as maintaining the muscles stay flexible.
