Coffee Can Make Women's Mood for Love?

Drinking coffee is not only a woman can reduce stress levels. Coffee and other drinks that contain caffeine can also make women the mood for sex.

The researchers tested the effect of caffeine on mood about sex a woman through experiments with mice. The study was conducted by Fay Guarraci, an assistant professor of psychology at Southwestern University, Georgetown, Texas, United States.

Her research entitled 'Coffee, Tea and Me'. The study was published in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, and Behavior.

In that study Guarraci inject some caffeine into female mice, before the rats were mating with males. The result, female rats were injected caffeine more quickly return to male rats for sex.

"They seemed to want to have sex again," said Guarraci on WebMD.

The female rats who consume caffeine will return quickly to the male rats. Female rats will be on hand until he got the male rat sexual stimulation. Only when the female mice get what he wanted, he went.

Could the same thing also applies to a woman's sex life? Guarraci said maybe. But according to need further research.

Currently, Guarraci not recommend women use coffee or other drinks that contain caffeine as an aphrodisiac. "I am pretty cautious in terms of this research is to use caffeine or coffee to boost your sex drive. We only give one dose of caffeine in animals that had not been tried caffeine," he explained.

"Meanwhile, a woman drinking coffee in their daily life," he added.

In his research, Guarraci did not examine whether female rats were injected caffeine on a regular basis also remains the mood for sex. "If I do, I'll be more confident to say this study is useful to consider the women," he said.
