Things That Make the Baby Can not Sleep

Parents sometimes dazed and confused when your baby can not sleep at night. This condition is usually influenced by various factors. What is it?

Some children may have difficulty sleeping, either only occur once or several times. In a quite alarming condition, the child may be affected insomnia. This of course can affect the condition he was in the first stage of growth and development.

For that to know a few things that can make your child can not sleep, namely:

1. Have fear
Having a fear or worry when going to sleep is the most common cause of your baby can not sleep. For example he was afraid of the dark or fear alone.

Try to give him the belief that there is nothing to worry about, or put something that can make them feel better in the room.

2. Have nightmares
When children experience nightmares usually he would be afraid to go back to sleep, whether at that moment or the next day. Nightmares usually occur in children when she was watching television shows with violent or read a scary book.

Try to invite children to think positively before bed, read a funny and interesting book or play soothing music so that children can be more relaxed.

3. Stress
Stress and worry can also affect children, such as depressed by a test at school, homework, favorite sports team or other activities outside of school. Try listening to complaints of children, and if the activities are too much then it should be reduced so that children have more free time.

4. Major changes in his life
These changes can be divorce, death of loved ones, certain illnesses or moving to a new city. Usually children need time to adapt, during that time try to provide comfort and security so that the child is more calm and help him to sleep quickly.

5. Feel uncomfortable
The atmosphere of the room is too hot, too cold, crowded by various sounds or when hungry, could make it harder to sleep. To make a condition of the rooms comfortable and relaxed so your baby can sleep soundly.
