Some conditions in the environment can stimulate the brain for the better or worse. For that to know what are the things from the environment that can improve brain power.

Sights, sounds, texture, aroma, taste and other sensations are experienced every day can become food for the mind and soul. Creating a beautiful and positive environment can also increase brain power.

Professor Mark R Rosenzweig of the University of California, Berkeley revealed there are positive steps that can be done to create an environment that can enhance the brain.

1. Aligning the day with sound and light
Noise has an adverse effect for the mind and body. For that remove air pollution and create a beautiful voice as part of the inspiration of music that can be heard every day.

While light has a profound effect on the body and mind. Natural sunlight can be a healthy source of light because it contains wavelengths that can affect hormones, metabolism and body clock and will be good for the brain.

2. Connecting with nature
Neurologist John Jonides, Ph.D. in the study published in the journal Psychological Science in 2008 found a walk in nature can improve memory and attention test results by 20 percent.

3. Provide fresh air thoughts
Along with the sound of a harmonious and natural light, so fresh air can be an important element for a healthy body and mind including the brain.

One way you can do is go to a place that has clean air and fresh or put ornamental plants that serves as a wonderful air freshener.

4. Cultivate healthy relationships
Cultivate a healthy relationship is one important element of improving the mind. Many studies have shown the importance of dynamic social interaction in favor of the mind.

Positive social interaction can help prevent cognitive decline by strengthening the immune system
