30 Second Check Liver Healthy

Many people think is expensive and takes a long time to check the heart. Though there are some simple steps that can be done even just 30 seconds to check for heart health.

Such as coronary heart disease is sometimes known as late or severe symptoms that often can not be helped. But the body is already sending out signals before reaching it.

Here are some things you can do for 30 seconds to help check the condition of the liver:

1. Understand the liver rate at rest
The average heart rate at rest (Resting Heart Rate / RHR) is a well-known tool to determine cardiac health. RHR is the ideal value should not be more than 70 beats per minute, if more then the heart work too hard.

A recent study from the American Medical Association showed the RHR value of less than 70 beats per minute or more than 85 beats per minute for 10 years, 90 percent more likely to die from heart disease than people who value stable RHR.

In addition, if the value increased more than 5 times per minute in 2 years time, try to talk with your cardiologist how to lower it to stable.

2. Check the nail color
The nail beds are a good indicator of heart health. If the color changed to black, blue or red, then there might be a problem.

Black and blue spots or lines called purpura may indicate circulatory problems and diseases that cause blood clotting. If the color red could be a sign of congestive heart disease. If there are major changes in nail color, you should consult with a physician.

3. Try to see the eyelids
Xanthomas, accumulation of fat in the skin caused by high cholesterol, usually yellowish in color and found on the upper eyelid. One possible cause is excess fat in the blood that accumulates in the cells of the skin.

Hamik Anne, MD, associate professor at Case Western Reserve University Cardiovascular Research Institute says if high levels of fat in the blood can increase the risk of vascular problems (blood vessels) and coronary heart disease, which can lead to heart attack, stroke and poor blood circulation.

Increased amount of fat stored in the cells lining the blood vessels. If the cell is ruptured, then the fat will be released into the blood vessels, blocking certain parts and lead to heart attack or stroke. Therefore know the total amount of cholesterol in the body.
