When a weekend or holiday, most diet programs fail because they have ran into many temptations either from friends or the surrounding environment. There are at least four diet mistakes that often occur on weekends. What?

The holidays are a special time to pamper yourself. But for people on a diet program, vacation is a challenge because it often becomes a barrier and cause of diet failure.

Here are some diet mistakes that often occur on weekends or holidays :

1. Skipping breakfast

Skipping breakfast is often regarded as a weight loss tactic is quite effective. Unfortunately, it can actually harm the body. Do not miss the breakfast, because eating something after waking up can increase your metabolism as much as 10 percent.

2. Packed with emotional

When the holiday was a few people who think the diet is also a holiday, so that eating becomes emotionally and crazy. Avoid eating this way if you do not want excessive weight gain after the holidays.

3. Too restraint

When the vacation is a time that is difficult to avoid the temptation mainly associated with food. Too restraint will only be torturing yourself. A better approach is to eat foods you like with small portions.

4. Many high-calorie sweet drinks

Sweetened beverages like soft drinks, bottled juices, sweetened tea can actually contribute to weight gain. Try multiply drinking water and drink less sugary drinks, even during the holidays.
