Make a Quick and Make Difficult Sleep

There is healthy food that makes sleepy, while other foods can cause difficulty sleeping. If the fast is often sleepy or difficulty sleeping often, it is worth reviewing the food and beverages have been consumed.

Certain food choices can affect various body performance. Some foods can make the body feel energized, but some other foods can also make the body feel relaxed and sleepy.

1. Carbohydrate
Carbohydrates contain tryptophan. Tryptophan is an amino acid that the body uses to make serotonin, a neurotransmitter that slows down nerve traffic so that the workings of the brain become lighter and relaxed. Tryptophan is found in many foods rich in protein.

Protein foods are the building blocks of tryptophan, the best snack is one that contains carbohydrates and protein, such as cereal with milk, peanut butter on toast, or cheese and crackers.

2. Eating large meals
Eating large meals can also lead to drowsiness, especially when meals are most of the carbohydrates.

3. Caffeine
Caffeine is a stimulant that works by blocking the action of hormones in the brain that makes the body feel sleepy. Strong doses of caffeine can stimulate the mind for a short time.

Be careful not to consume caffeine too close to bedtime as an effect that can last for several hours. Caffeine in the evening or before bedtime can inhibit drowsiness, but can cause trouble sleeping.

4. Energy drinks
Most energy drinks are made with caffeine, essential amino acids, and a lot of sugar. While the effects of energy drinks may increase energy levels, but these drinks can often cause drowsiness. This material may increase the drowsiness after a while.

The only effective way to combat fatigue is to get enough sleep on a regular basis.

5. Alcohol
Many people who consume beer, wine or other alcoholic beverages at the time before bed to help them fall asleep. Alcohol can help the body to feel relaxed and fell asleep in the short term, but can interfere with sleep during the long term.
