Old Women Orgasm More Powerfull

1. Expand to eat fish
Expand eat fish, because omega-3 fatty acids, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) is not only good for the heart, but also helps increase levels of dopamine in the brain that trigger arousal.

2. Regular exercise
Get regular exercise, such as resistance training, lifting weights and walking to increase testosterone levels. 20 minutes of physical activity, 4 times a week can increase testosterone production.

3. Reduce saturated fat, sugary foods and processed
These foods can reduce levels of testosterone in the body, causing low libido, loss of muscle mass and other effects.

4. Vitamin B complex
B-complex vitamin that includes folic acid, vitamin B5, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 can increase testosterone production. While foods containing vitamin B complex include avocados, eggs, fish and wheat.
