The Uric Acid to Interfere

Uric acid disease called Gout Arthritis Gout or disease. This disease is known as metabolic arthritis is more often attack in middle age, elderly men and postmenopausal women. Often people have misconceptions about the differences in levels of uric acid in gout disease.

High uric acid levels do not necessarily develop into disease gout. Occurrence of this disease process begins the buildup of uric acid in the blood caused by overproduction or lack of spending on uric acid through urine.

If gout is left too long in the blood, can cause inflammation in the joints that is triggered by white blood cells, the enzyme lysozyme and other inflammatory substances.

This was the forerunner to the occurrence of gout disease. Thus uric acid itself is not necessarily cause arthritis or gout disease.

Symptoms of this disease can vary such as pain and inflammation of the joints especially the big toe joint. Acute attacks usually occur at night are accompanied by swelling, heat and pain and usually disappear within 3-10 days and can sometimes recur.

This disease can be triggered by the consumption of foods high in purine excess, trauma, post surgery, excessive alcohol consumption, stroke and coronary heart disease. When you have a chronic, inflammatory joint fluid will occur and may cause complications to the chronic kidney disease.

To confirm the diagnosis of this disease actually require the analysis of joint fluid, but because these actions are sometimes risky and difficult it is to support any clinical symptoms, doctors often had confirmed the diagnosis of this disease.

Results of serum uric acid levels or normal blood does not get rid of this gout disease. X-ray examinations in the affected joints sometimes show significant changes.

For the treatment of this disease is only temporary and only based on symptoms that arise. Because only 5 percent of patients of high blood uric acid levels that develop into disease gout.

Treatment for people who are high blood uric acid levels but no symptoms are strongly discouraged. Class of anti-pain medication non Steroids can help relieve symptoms of this disease.

Not all high uric acid must be lowered. Indicative levels of uric acid in the blood is to be lowered in case of recurrent attacks, many joints are affected or there is a kidney stone.
