This How Stress Affect Immune System

Excessive stress is known to be harmful to health. Now studies have discovered how stress can affect the immune system of humans.

In small quantities or small, the stress is beneficial for the body. But if the stress that occurs continuously or excessively it can cause some reaction in the body.

Stress activates the immune system in preparation for fighting infections and healing wounds.

It is actually not a bad thing. But if your immune system is activated due to continued excessive stress can contribute to chronic problems such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer and neuropsychiatric disorders.

This condition is because if a person does not have a wound there is no place to channel the body's immune system is already active, so that he would circulate in the body.

If the inflammation that occurs in the lower body then it could contribute to the buildup of plaque in blood vessel walls that causes disturbances in the immune control system.

This study involved 122 young adults consisting of 53 men and 69 women. All participants are asked to fill out a diary about her activities during the 8 days that focus on their interactions with others either positively or negatively.
