Headache during sex (sex headaches) are caused by sexual activity, especially orgasm. Sufferers may feel pain in the head and neck, which occurs due to increased sexual arousal. Or more generally, you may experience headaches sudden severe just before or during orgasm.

- Glaucoma
- Pheochromocytoma (a rare tumor that develops in the core of the adrenal gland).
Sex headaches are usually not a serious concern, but talk to your doctor immediately if you experience headaches severe enough sex or suddenly.
