Maximum and Minimum of Sex For a Positive Body

Sexual intercourse is performed by the partner can provide many positive effects for the body and health. For that to know the optimal frequency of sexual intercourse and at least make it more useful.

Various studies have found that the sex is done regularly can provide benefits such as reducing stress, improve mood, control blood pressure, help you burn calories which can eventually improve the quality of life.

When having sex, then almost all the existing body muscles are involved so that it can help burn calories. This is because the faster heart beat, increased body temperature and the amount of sweat that comes out, then the more calories spent.

Meanwhile, a study revealed that that intercourse could reach orgasm, the body will release endorphins that were able to relieve pain in the head.

Likewise, people who have sex regularly will have an antibody called immunoglobulin A, which is higher than people who rarely. These antibodies serve to protect the body from infection.

In order that intercourse could have an impact positi for the body, to know the frequency of optimal and minimal sex couples should be done based on age:

1. Age 20 years, the optimal frequency 2x a day, minimum frequency 1x per day
2. Age 30 years, the optimal frequency 1x per day, a minimum frequency of every 2-3 days
3. Age 40 years, the optimal frequency every 3 days, a minimum frequency of every 4 days
4. Age 50 years, the optimal frequency every 5 days, a minimum frequency of every 10 days
5. Age 60 years, the optimal frequency of every 10 days, a minimum frequency of every 20 days

Yet until now no study had found adverse effects that arise if one rarely or never have sex. This shows the benefit of sex does not mean there are risks that arise if it is not doing it.
