Activity Helps Improve Child Behavior Hyperactive

Children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) typically have unruly behavior. But by doing physical activity can help improve his behavior.

A structured program of physical activity can help increase the capacity of muscles, motor skills, behavioral assessment and the ability to process information in children with ADHD.

Children who have ADHD usually known to be hyperactive to various stimuli and have difficulty in sustaining attention. Some children with ADHD sometimes often regarded as a naughty child, when it is not.

10 children in a physical activity program that includes warm up, aerobic activity, muscle training, motor skills and cooling.

Each session begins with the physical activity of mild intensity, moderate to high in stages, ADHD children during this session heart rate was observed through the monitor.

The main finding of this study were children with ADHD who do physical activity has a score of better behavior.

This means there are positive effects to be gained from physical activity undertaken by ADHD children, but this activity must be structured and gradually.

ADHD child usually behaves difficult to get his attention for long periods, making careless mistakes in school or other activities, had difficulty maintaining attention like not listening to sometimes even when you're talking directly, often fails to finish schoolwork, and avoiding or disliking tasks that require effort unsustainable.
