Fruit and Vegetable Burn Fat Faster

Fruits and vegetables are considered as the most healthy food because it contains no fat or cholesterol. Even some fruits and vegetables can act as a fat burner. What?

Some fruits and vegetables are known as food 'negative calorie', which means it has fewer calories than the body needs to digest. When negative calorie foods with fatty foods, these foods can burn off some excess fat and help prevent weight gain.

Here are some fruits and vegetables that act as fat burners:

1. Apple
1 apple a day can help keep the fat from the body. Apples contain lots of vitamin C, which liquefies the fat and makes it easier to remove from the body.

Apples also have pectin, a complex carbohydrate that is limiting the amount of fat that is absorbed into the cell. Pectin even helps the absorption of water, which also helps remove body fat emergency.

2. Asparagus
The chemicals contained asparagine in asparagus helps break down fats, stimulates the kidneys, as well as improve overall blood circulation process. Asparagus also destroy the oxalic acid which binds to fat cells, so the fat to be removed from the system before it had a chance to be stored in the body.

3. Broccoli
Broccoli contains a number of vitamins and nutrients, including high levels of vitamin C, vitamin A, folic acid and calcium. Fiber content of broccoli force the body expend more energy during the digestive process, making it very effective to burn fat. Coupled with the content of antioxidants that are effective against the disease.

4. Carrots
Carrots contain carotene which is a form of vitamin A. Carotene causes the fat flushing reaction in the body. Once inside the intestine, carotenoids also changed into vitamin A, helps increase metabolism and burn more calories.

5. Orange
Thanks to the high vitamin C, oranges provide fat burning potential. Oranges also contain pulp and fiber, which requires the body to spend more energy on digestion. As a result, more calories burned, resulting in fat reduction.
