Growling stomach, heartburn, or because it can cause stomach feels bloated awoke suddenly. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), also can disrupt sleep without realizing it. Things you can do to prevent disturbances during sleep is the digestive system by eating stomach-friendly foods as close to bedtime.
